Hours: 30 - 40 Hours per Week (4-5 Days per week) - Hours to suit candidate

Stafflex are working with a well-established local firm, looking to appoint an administrator to support a variety of the businesses functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and organising company-wide communications, effectively acting as a hub for incoming and outgoing communications. This is not a standard administration role; it would require someone who would be able to process information that can come in fast-paced and high-volume. The role is mainly data processing, with a requirement to manage information with precision and consistency.

Key Duties

  • Managing a shared inbox, handling up to (Apply online only) emails per day
  • Reviewing, categorising, and distributing communication across the business
  • Saving and filing email communications and attachments into a structured shared drive
  • Supporting the creation of job records and documentation
  • Ensuring all relevant information is accurately stored and easily accessible
  • Marking important work for follow up action
  • Filtering out irrelevant or duplicated communication
