Sewing Machinist
Location: Halifax
Duration: Temporary to Permanent
Pay Rate: £12.71 p/h
Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 7am - 4pm, Friday 7am - 1pm
Stafflex are looking for a Sewing Machinist on behalf of our client, UK's leading supplier of bespoke products to the medical industry. If you are a motivated, keen learner with great attention to detail and a great work ethic - this opportunity is for you.
Duties:
- Using an industrial sewing machine
- Using an overlocker
- Maintaining high production standards and quality of products
- Report any faults to the supervisor
Essential Competencies:
- Keen eye for detail
- Positive attitude towards work
- Ability to learn and follow instructions
- Excellent communication
- Reliability
It is advantageous to have industrial sewing machine and overlocker experience, however anybody who has experience using a domestic sewing machine will also be considered as training is provided.
