Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm

Location: Various residential sites, all within 10 miles of Huddersfield.
The Job:
Stafflex are currently recruiting for a Fitters Mate to join our client's busy team on a temporary basis, with an initial expected duration of 1-2 months. This is a hands-on role supporting experienced fitters and tradesmen on a variety of projects. There is potential for the position to become permanent for a reliable and hardworking candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Duties:
- Assisting the fitters and tradesmen
- Mainly excavating (ripping out old furniture, kitchens, bathrooms etc)
- Moving of material / power tools
- Use of hand held / power tools
- Heavy lifting / physical work.
Requirements:
- All applicants MUST hold a valid Full UK driver's license and have their own transport!
- Previous construction / labouring / DIY / landscaping experience preferred.
