Are you a skilled and experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for flexible and rewarding supply work this week and beyond? Stafflex Education is currently recruiting dedicated HLTAs to support primary schools across Huddersfield and the wider Kirklees area. Whether you're looking for day-to-day cover or longer-term placements, we offer opportunities that fit around your availability and strengths.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality classroom support across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2
- Plan and lead your own lessons when required for short or long-term cover
- Support small groups and individual pupils to enhance learning outcomes
- Adapt quickly to different school settings and routines
Requirements:
- HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
- Recent experience in UK primary school settings
- Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
