We are recruiting for a polished and personable Weekend Receptionist to join a busy automotive dealership in Huddersfield. The role is front facing and is ideal for someone with a hospitality or front-of-house background who genuinely enjoys dealing with people and delivering an amazing customer experience.
You will be the face of the business at weekends, welcoming customers into the service department and showroom, ensuring they feel looked after from the moment they arrive.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Greeting and welcoming customers as they arrive at the dealership
- Providing a warm, professional first impression as the face of the brand
- Directing customers to service advisors, sales executives or other relevant departments
- Offering and preparing drinks for customers and guests
- Handling initial enquiries and providing basic information about services
- Ensuring the environment is clean, tidy, and presentable at all times
- Answering and managing incoming calls in a professional manner
- Using Microsoft Teams for internal communication
- Supporting teams with basic administrative tasks, where required
- Providing customers with promotional material or product information where needed
- Embodying the client's brand values at all times
- Maintaining a calm, polished and professional demeanour
- Building basic knowledge of the brand's vehicles and services to answer general questions
- Working closely with the weekend team
- Relaying relevant information between customers and staff
- Supporting with ad-hoc tasks in a fast-paced environment
