Manufacturing Technician Location: Huddersfield Pay: £25,350 starting salary Duration: Permanent Hours of work: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm Stafflex are actively recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading UK designer and manufacturer of health equipment who are seeking a Manufacturing Technician to join the team. The manufacturing technician is responsible for assembling various components and products according to specified guidelines, standards, and procedures. Role and Responsibilities: Component Assembly Quality Control Safety Compliance Tool & Equipment Maintenance Documentation Team Collaboration Continuous ImprovementPersonal attributes: Ability to read and understand drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions. Ability to perform repetitive tasks. Basic maths and measurement skills. Good communication and teamwork skills. Physically active, with some lifting required. Ability to work in a fast-paced and multitask environment. Use of hand tools, power tools, and assembly machinery. Offsite working - required at times for installation of equipment, servicing or repair work.
