About the Role
- Provide high‑quality classroom support across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2
- Deliver pre‑planned lessons confidently in the absence of the class teacher
- Plan and lead your own lessons when required for short or long‑term cover
- Support small groups and individual pupils to enhance learning outcomes
- Assist with behaviour management and maintain a positive classroom environment
- Adapt quickly to different school settings and routines
What We're Looking For
- HLTA qualification or equivalent experience
