What We're Looking For

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a recognised equivalent.
• Experience teaching in a secondary school setting, including teaching placements for ECTs.
• Strong classroom management skills and the confidence to adapt to different school environments.
• A positive, professional and flexible approach to teaching.
• A genuine passion for supporting students' learning and development.
• An enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
