Clinical Endoscopist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Endoscopist to support the Endoscopy team at Cambridge University Hospitals. This role involves providing high-quality, cost-effective healthcare while working autonomously with specialist expertise. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver expert assessment, planning, diagnosis, implementation, and evaluation of care as an autonomous practitioner. * Support the Clinical Endoscopist team in ensuring high standards of patient care. * Contribute to the strategic review of clinical services and improvements where necessary. * Implement a clearly defined integrated approach to patient care, incorporating new treatments and evidence-based practice. Reporting & Accountability: * Professionally accountable to the Divisional Lead Nurse. Requirements: * Previous experience as a Clinical Endoscopist. * Strong ability to work independently and make specialist clinical decisions. * Experience in service development and strategic planning within healthcare
