Staffing Match is expanding its onsite team in Northampton! We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Team Leader to support the day-to-day operations and workforce management for our valued client.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and experience in team supervision or coordination to make a real impact within a busy and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities as a Warehouse Team Leader:
- Manage and effectively handle temporary workforce attendance, including absence and sickness
- Monitor and support staff performance on the shop floor
- Prepare client reports and capture key operational data
- Ensure temporary staff on-site are supported, engaged, and working efficiently
- Run staff inductions for new starters
- Maintain and build business relationships with the client and internal teams
Requirements for the Warehouse Team Leader Role:
- Previous experience in a similar role (Team Leader, Onsite Coordinator, or Supervisor)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident using Microsoft Excel, Word, and other systems
- Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
- Flexible and adaptable with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Customer service or administration background is desirable
- Flexibility is key for this role.
