Our client is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to be the single point of contact for a portfolio of customers. This role is integral to ensuring seamless customer experiences from order placement to final delivery. What You’ll Do: * Customer Ownership: Manage the complete “order-to-delivery” process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. * Data Management: Maintain the customer pricing matrix and ensure all sales orders are processed correctly. * Communication: Provide daily support to customers, handling inquiries and building strong relationships. * Despatch Coordination: Process orders, arrange deliveries or collections, and confirm shipments. * System Oversight: Manage ERP system for order processing, stock management, and forecasting. * Performance Support: Assist the Customer Service & Despatch Manager with KPI analysis, root cause evaluation, and driving improvement initiatives. * Reporting: Create and maintain trackers, reports, and accurate forecasts for seamless operations. Key Responsibilities: * Ensure all customer-related activities are completed accurately, courteously, and on time. * Monitor customer orders, stock, and delivery schedules to meet KPIs and avoid penalties. * Communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams to resolve issues and identify opportunities. * Provide system training and support to colleagues, enhancing team efficiency. * Maintain databases and ensure a smooth handover during holiday periods. What You’ll Bring: * A degree level education (Or equivalent.) * Solid background in supply chain, customer service, or despatch operations. * Strong communication and relationship-building skills. * Exceptional attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset. * Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel. * Flexibility and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
