Administration Assistant Location: Portbury Docks, Bristol £12.00 – £15.00 ph Temp to perm Staffing Match is proud to be working in partnership with our Logistics client based in Portbury Docks who are looking for a Fleet Administrator to work for them on a temp to perm basis. Specific training is given. Shift 07.30 – 16.00 Monday – Friday. Your responsibilities: General administration Produce all necessary reports as required for all Fleet and Direct Supply customers\’ requirements Booking all vehicles for delivery through transport hauliers / plated delivery companies. Maintain and update the database with call offs, delivery addresses and delivery dates. Daily management of customer accounts. About you: Computer literate and confident using Microsoft Office packages. Able to multi task. Able to meet tight deadlines. Good administration skills.
