We are a growing recruitment agency with a passion for matching talent with opportunity. We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding service to our clients and candidates, and we’re now looking to grow our team with an ambitious and driven Trainee Recruitment Consultant.
The Role
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll be working closely with experienced recruiters to learn the end-to-end recruitment process. This is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start your career in recruitment with full training and ongoing support provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Sourcing candidates through job boards and the internal database
- Writing and posting job adverts
- Screening CVs and conducting telephone interviews
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Supporting the recruitment process from initial brief to placement
- Assisting in business development and market research
- Updating and managing the candidate database (CRM system)
What We’re Looking For
- Ambitious and motivated individuals with a desire to build a career in recruitment
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
- Confidence, resilience, and a proactive attitude
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Previous experience in a sales, customer service, or admin role is beneficial but not essential
- A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential
