Hours of work: 14:00 – 22:30 Monday to Friday.

Salary: £28,780 per annum.

Are you an experienced Team Leader with a background in food production? We are hiring on behalf of our client, a well-established food company in Redditch, for a Team Leader to oversee their production team.

Key Responsibilities:

Setting up production lines for daily operations

Operating machinery efficiently and safely

Conducting quality and weight checks to ensure compliance

Managing and motivating a team of up to 10 staff

Monitoring and driving KPIs to meet production targets

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a similar Team Leader or Supervisory role within food manufacturing

Strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

Knowledge of food safety and quality standards
