Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our clients team as a Cheese Maker in Whitchurch, Shropshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn a traditional craft and become part of a well-established dairy business.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting in the cheese-making process, including pasteurization, curd cutting, and moulding
Organising, labelling and assembling orders, including wrapping and packaging the cheese.
Handling and storing cheese correctly to ensure proper maturation
Cleaning and maintaining equipment and work areas to strict hygiene standards
Following food safety regulations and company procedures
