Staffing Innovations are working with a fantastic manufacturing company in North Norfolk. The experienced Supply Chain Administrator will have excellent customer service and communication skills to take the orders, produce pick tickets and invoices, delivering materials to Production, and assisting with stock taking.

The experienced Supply Chain Administrator will be involved in:

  • Receive orders from customers and process within 48 hours of receipt.
  • Respond to customers with pricing details, delivery dates, confirmation of their orders and schedules.
  • Provide assistance with sales reporting and production scheduling, ensuring excellent dialogue is maintained.
  • Health and Safety awareness ensuring a zero accident mentality, following all legal and company procedures.
  • Provide warehouse with the pick tickets 72 hours prior to out loading.
  • Review invoices to ensure accuracy.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience working within import/export shipping administration and logistics planning knowledge - ESSENTIAL
  • Previous experience working within manufacturing or similar fast-paced environment - ESSENTIAL
  • Health & Safety awareness
  • Knowledge of Customs tariffs & regulations
  • Problem solving, especially for customers and handling agents/customs ports.
  • IT literate with experience of MS Office, MRP type systems

This is a permanent, part-time role. It is purely office-based, and the 25 hours per week can be worked over 3 full days, or 5 half days.
