Personal Assistant to Managing Director Part time Norwich Competitive Salary on offer Temporary to Permanent Opportunity Staffing Innovations are working with an amazing company in Norwich undergoing significant growth. The company are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to support the managing Director and General Manager in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a high level of discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. The successful PA will serve as the primary point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth and effective communication and operations. This key role will involve the following: * Manage and maintain the MD\’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. * Act as the first point of contact for internal and external correspondence. Screen calls, emails, and requests, responding or redirecting as appropriate. * Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items for meetings. Arrange and organise board and management meetings. * Draft, proofread, and edit reports, presentations, and other business documents on behalf of the MD. * Assist in tracking the progress of key business initiatives and provide administrative support for special projects. * Run weekly, monthly and yearly sales reports and prepare ready for regular sales meetings. * Support with various administrative duties as required. * Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and integrity. The successful PA will have the following qualifications and experience: * Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role, ideally supporting senior executives or directors. * Excellent organisational and time-management skills. * Strong written and verbal communication abilities. * Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Ability to multitask and prioritise. * Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
