Production / Machine Operatives £12.71 Norwich

SHIFTS: 6am to 2pm rotating 2pm to 10pm. First week of training will be 8am to 4pm.

Temp to perm Opportunity - Minimum of 12 weeks to permanent work. IMMEDIATE START.

We are looking for experienced Production Operatives with machine operating experience. You will be supporting the Team Leaders with the production of products. You will be responsible for working on production lines, bagging and checking the quality of products. Food factory experience with machine minding experience is important.

Responsibilities:
  • Set up and make adjustments of machines/production lines
  • Assemble and pack goods to meet production target rates
  • Adapt to all lines, jobs and speeds required across all the different machinery within the business
  • Perform on line quality control checks
  • Complete all quality control paperwork
  • Verify rejects from line and daily reporting of production output
  • Complete all packing lists and paperwork in full within the time frame required
The successful Candidates will have:
  • Previous experience working within a food manufacturing environment
  • Machine minding and line setting experience
