Product photographer & E-commerce assistant in Hoveton. Part time, 25.5 hours per week. Salary DOE.
Staffing Innovations are working with an amazing company looking to offer part time work to an experienced E-Commerce photographer. This exciting role will involve the following:
- Provide efficient and effective photographic support to the Marketing Coordinator.
- Provide marketing assistance to the Marketing Coordinator.
- Deliver outstanding customer service.
Main responsibilities:
- Proficient in using professional photography equipment and editing software i.e. Adobe Photoshop.
- Edit and retouch to ensure optimal image quality with attention to detail.
- Collaborate with other team members to brainstorm and develop visual concepts for marketing campaigns and social media content.
- Add photographs of products to the website.
- Assist with marketing activities as necessary; this may include processing and packing of web orders, researching brands and products.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Set up windows and internal displays and remove at the end of the day.
- Liaise with customers and suppliers as required, demonstrating excellent customer service.
- Provide efficient and comprehensive advisory, sales and repair service to customers.
- Participate in training and other self-development opportunities as required.
- Be responsible for personal health and safety and contribute to the safety of others.
- The post holder will be expected to participate in an annual appraisal of their work, and in line with the annual personal development plan undertake any training or development required to fulfil their role.
