Se requiere Técnico de telecomunicaciones para realizar labores de instalación y soporte de servicios en campo. El rol está orientado a asegurar la correcta instalación de servicios de fibra óptica y otros servicios de telecomunicaciones, garantizando la continuidad del servicio para clientes residenciales y empresariales. El cargo implica desplazamientos constantes a diferentes zonas, manejo de motocicleta y cumplimiento de estándares técnicos de la empresa en Colombia.
Condiciones laborales
- Salario básico: $1,750,905
- Auxilio de transporte legal: $250,000
- Auxilio de rodamiento: $400,000
- Variable adicional por cubrimiento de instalaciones
- Promedio de salario mensual entre 2,400,000 a 2,900,000
- Beneficios: Seguridad social + prestaciones de ley
- Horario: Lunes a sábado, malla horaria entre las 8:00 am a las 6:00 pm con disponibilidad para trabajar 1 o 2 domingos al mes según operación
- Jornada: 44 horas semanales
- Contrato: Obra labor, con posibilidad de vinculación directa según desempeño
- Modalidad de trabajo: 100% en campo, con interacción constante con equipos técnicos
Requisitos
- Técnico o tecnólogo en telecomunicaciones, sistemas o afines
- Experiencia en instalación y mantenimiento de redes de telecomunicaciones y fibra óptica
- Manejo de herramientas manuales y equipos de medición de fibra óptica
- Contar con moto propia y documentos al día (SOAT, tecnomecánica, licencia y tarjeta de propiedad)
- Disponibilidad para desplazamientos constantes a diferentes zonas
- Conocimiento en normativas técnicas de instalación de redes
- Capacidad para interpretar planos y diagramas de redes
- Orientación al detalle y cumplimiento de estándares de calidad
