We are looking for an experienced and passionate Preschool Room Leader to join our Nursery in Henley.
Salary: Up to £30,000
Joining Bonus: £2,500
Location: Henley
Hours: Full-time
Qualifications: Level 3 in Childcare (NNEB, NVQ or equivalent)
Experience: Minimum 2 years preferred
About the Role
As Room Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily running of the preschool room, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the children. You will supervise and inspire your team to uphold the highest standards of care and education, while fostering strong relationships with children and parents.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and development of all children in your care
- Lead and support your team to deliver exceptional early years education
- Build strong, positive relationships with parents and carers
- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate learning activities
- Monitor and record children's progress and development
- Maintain excellent hygiene, safety, and safeguarding standards
