We are currently recruiting for an experienced and passionate Preschool Room Leader to join a nursery located in Henley.
Salary: Up to £30,000
Joining Bonus: £2,500
Location: Henley
Hours: Full-time
Qualifications: Level 3 in Childcare (NNEB, NVQ, or equivalent)
Experience: Minimum 2 years preferred
About the Role
As Room Leader, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the preschool room, creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children. You will lead and support your team to deliver exceptional care and education, while fostering strong relationships with families.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and development of all children in your care
- Lead and support your team to maintain high standards
- Build strong, positive relationships with parents and carers
- Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate learning activities
- Monitor and record children's progress and development
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and safeguarding standards
- Be a role model and uphold the values of our early years setting
