We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a friendly, well-established nursery that is passionate about giving children the very best start in life. They are now looking for a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3) to join their dedicated team on a full-time basis.

Salary: £13.14 - £14.13 (dependent on qualification and experience)

The Role:

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in creating a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment where children can learn, develop and thrive. You will support children's learning in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), building strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities
  • Supporting children's emotional, social and educational development
  • Observing, assessing and recording children's progress
  • Ensuring safeguarding, health and safety procedures are always followed
  • Working collaboratively as part of a caring team

What We Require:

  • Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare
  • Passionate about early childhood development
  • Warm, nurturing and enthusiastic
  • A strong team player with good communication skills
  • Committed to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare
