As a Lead Product Engineer, you'll sit at the heart of the business, working across Product, Design, and Engineering to transform ideas into high-quality customer-facing features. You'll own projects from concept through to production, making key technical decisions, shaping user experiences, and helping establish the foundations needed for rapid growth.
- Owning product features end-to-end, from discovery and planning through to deployment and optimisation.
- Driving engineering best practices around code quality, testing, maintainability, and performance.
