We're partnering with an exceptionally well-funded AI startup that is entering a pivotal stage of growth and innovation. Having successfully secured significant venture backing and built strategic relationships with some of the biggest names in AI, including Anthropic and OpenAI, they're now scaling their engineering team to help shape the next generation of AI-powered products.

If you've previously experienced the rapid growth of a startup moving from Seed to Series A or Series A to Series B funding, you'll understand the pace, ownership, and impact that comes with this environment.

The Opportunity

As an AI Engineer, you'll play a key role in designing, building, and deploying production-grade AI systems that directly impact thousands of users. You'll work across the full lifecycle, from experimentation and prototyping through to deployment and optimisation, helping turn the latest AI advancements into real-world products. You'll be given the freedom to test new ideas, challenge existing approaches, and contribute to product strategy in a highly collaborative environment where speed and innovation are valued.

What You'll Be Working On

  • Building and deploying AI-powered products and intelligent agent workflows
  • Developing and optimising LLM applications for production environments
  • Designing agentic systems capable of complex reasoning and task execution
  • Experimenting with prompt engineering, context management, evaluation frameworks, and model orchestration
  • Running user experiments and A/B testing to improve model performance and user experience
  • Working closely with Product and Engineering teams to rapidly ship new features
  • Exploring and implementing the latest advancements from OpenAI, Anthropic, and the wider AI ecosystem
