Your responsibilities will include: * Leading service and coordinating the kitchen team during busy periods * Monitoring food quality, presentation, and service timings * Supervising and supporting Chefs de Partie and junior kitchen staff * Assisting with staff training, development, and shift planning * Helping manage stock levels and placing food orders * Ensuring high standards of food hygiene and health and safety are maintained * Supporting the Head Chef with menu development and daily specials * Testing and refining new dishes and recipes * Maintaining exceptional food quality and consistency at all times Your personality, experience and qualifications You are a passionate Sous Chef with experience in a similar role and a strong track record of progression and longevity within previous positions.
