Responsibilities in your new role as a Restaurant Manager
As Restaurant Manager, you will lead the front-of-house team, creating a positive and professional working environment. You will oversee the smooth running of daily restaurant operations, from guest service and table management to order flow. You will be responsible for upholding and exceeding the hotels high standards of quality, cleanliness, and service will be central to your role, along with handling guest enquiries and resolving any issues with professionalism and care. You will also ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
