Responsibilities in your new role as Regional Head of People:
As the Regional Head of People, you will collaborate seamlessly with the HR Director, HR Team, and Operations to deliver exceptional HR services tailored to your region while also executing strategic HR initiatives. Your role will play a vital part in realising our vision ‘to inspire our people to be the best they can be.’ You will support hotels in Scotland and Newcastle in their HR operations, leveraging all available tools to ensure success. Additionally, you will lead, deliver, and facilitate key projects aimed at advancing our HR Strategy.
