What you will be doing:
- Developing new business through proactive client outreach and relationship building
- Managing and growing relationships with existing clients
- Advertising roles and sourcing candidates through multiple channels
- Screening, interviewing and matching candidates to suitable opportunities
- Managing the recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to placement
- Building a strong pipeline of candidates and maintaining regular communication
- Ensuring candidate compliance and maintaining accurate CRM records
- Working towards and exceeding individual sales and placement targets
