Responsibilities in your new role as Property Coordinator:

In your role as Property Coordinator, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the Property Management team by managing tenants, contractors, and various general tasks. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Finance team to oversee utilities, service charges, invoicing, and billing processes, ensuring seamless operations and client satisfaction.
