Responsibilities in your new role as Property Coordinator:
In your role as Property Coordinator, you will be instrumental in supporting the Property Management team. Your responsibilities will include managing tenant inquiries, liaising with contractors, and assisting with various administrative tasks. Additionally, you will support the Finance team with utilities, service charges, invoicing, and billing, ensuring smooth operations across departments.
