About you

You have a solid understanding of warehouse and production operations, with at least 2 years of relevant experience. A valid Counterbalance Forklift licence is essential. You're confident working with minimal supervision, keeping things running smoothly even under pressure. With strong attention to detail, you're comfortable handling physical tasks, stock systems, and maintaining clean and compliant work areas. Familiarity with PC-based stock control systems and a second-level qualification (or equivalent) will help you succeed in this role.

What you’ll be doing in this role

  • Feeding raw materials to production machinery according to schedule
  • Safely removing finished products and transporting them to storage areas
  • Handling goods, materials, and equipment using industrial power tools
  • Carrying out accurate stock counts and data entry
  • Operating forklifts as needed (Counterbalance licence required)
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised working environment
  • Supporting the team by stepping into other roles when required
  • Flexibility is vital, as the role follows a changing weekly rota across various shift patterns.
