Responsibilities in your new role as Personal Assistant:
As PA to the CEO, you’ll provide high-level executive support, ensuring priorities are managed efficiently and nothing falls through the cracks. You will be responsible for diary and inbox management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. You will also support wider operational activity, assisting with planning, communications, and the coordination of projects to keep business activity moving forward. This includes preparing documents and materials for board meetings, leadership reviews, and investor updates, ensuring information is accurate, well-presented, and delivered on time.
Your personality, experience and qualifications:
We are looking for a confident, detail-oriented PA with experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment. You will be highly organised, calm under pressure, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while maintaining discretion and professionalism at all times. Strong communication skills are essential, along with confidence preparing executive-level documents and liaising with senior stakeholders. A business-related qualification would be beneficial but not essential. This role would suit someone who enjoys being at the centre of operations, takes pride in enabling others to perform at their best, and wants to play a key support role within a high-growth, international business.
