What you will be doing:
As our new Industrial and Warehouse Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in our continued success. Responsibilities will include:
- Developing new business through proactive client outreach and relationship building
- Managing and growing relationships with existing clients
- Advertising roles and sourcing candidates through multiple channels
- Screening, interviewing and matching candidates to suitable opportunities
- Managing the recruitment process from vacancy qualification through to placement
- Building a strong pipeline of candidates and maintaining regular communication
- Ensuring candidate compliance and maintaining accurate CRM records
- Working towards and exceeding individual sales and placement targets

What you will bring:
Ideally, you will have experience recruiting within the Industrial and Warehouse industry but we are also open-minded if you have successful temporary recruitment experience in another sector. We are looking for someone who is driven, confident and commercially focused, with the ability to develop new opportunities and deliver results.
