Are you a skilled IT professional seeking a temporary opportunity? Stafffinders is currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and experienced Laptop Repair Technician to join our client's established team on a temporary basis in Livingston. Due to a period of significant growth, they are looking to add to their support team to help meet the demand.
Your rate of pay and hours of work: You'll be earning £13.00 per hour for this temporary role, with your pay coming in every week. Your workdays will be Monday through Friday, from 8:00am to 4:00pm, and will enjoy Fridays having an early finish at 12:30pm!
Responsibilities in your new role as an IT Technician:
- Repairing laptops
- Refurbishing of laptops
- Swapping of parts between devices when required
- Repairing laptop screens and keyboards
- Hardware support
Your personality, experience and qualifications: To be considered for this role, you should have experience in working with 3rd party vendors, including all matters within the IT laptop/desktop repair/refurbishment. As an individual, you should always be looking for changes to improve the status quo, no matter how good it may be. A true team player who is happy to share knowledge and work together as a team, as well as a proven ability to lead and inspire the team to deliver on complex tasks. Excellent communication skills are essential in this role.
