Responsibilities in your new role as Restaurant & Bar Supervisor:
As the Restaurant & Bar Supervisor, you will be pivotal in overseeing the daily operations of our busy restaurant and bar, ensuring everything runs seamlessly. You will lead, motivate, and mentor a dedicated team, setting a high standard for service excellence and creating memorable experiences for all our guests. A key part of your role will involve effective liaison with the kitchen team to guarantee smooth, coordinated service, along with diligently ensuring full compliance with all licensing laws and vital health and safety regulations. You will also be instrumental in providing comprehensive training in service techniques, food safety, and high operational standards.
Your personality, experience and qualifications:
We are looking for an individual with a proven track record of longevity in previous roles, demonstrating commitment and reliability. Your enthusiastic personality, coupled with strong leadership skills, will be essential in inspiring our team. Previous experience in a bustling restaurant and bar setting is absolutely essential for this role. While not mandatory, experience in customer service, including barista training, is highly preferred. Given the location, having your own transport is preferred to ensure ease of travel.
