Responsibilities in your new role as Sales Advisor:

As a Sales Advisor, you will be at the heart of the customer journey, turning enquiries into carefully curated, tailor-made holidays. By understanding each customer's needs and preferences, you'll design seamless itineraries, coordinating accommodation, activities, and travel arrangements to create truly memorable trips. Working closely with trusted local partners who share a commitment to quality and outstanding service, you'll ensure every detail is thoughtfully managed from first enquiry to final departure. Once experienced, you will also take turns to cover the 24/7 duty rota for customers on holiday.

Your personality, experience and qualifications:

We're looking for someone with at least two years' experience in travel sales and a strong customer-first mindset. You'll have excellent attention to detail and confidence in both written communication and numeracy. You'll enjoy working in a fast-paced yet supportive environment and thrive as part of a close-knit, collaborative team. A quick learner and confident communicator, you'll be comfortable using a range of computer systems. Strong knowledge of Scottish geography is essential, and familiarity with England, Wales and Ireland would be a real advantage. Most importantly, you'll have a passion for inspiring visitors, both domestic and international, to discover unique, off-the-beaten-track destinations.
