Responsibilities in your new role as Pharmacy Dispenser:
- Dispensing and preparing prescriptions accurately
- Supporting pharmacists with day-to-day dispensary duties
- Providing excellent customer service and answering patient queries
- Processing prescriptions and maintaining accurate records
- Managing stock levels, including ordering and rotating medicines
- Following all pharmacy procedures, legal requirements, and health and safety standards
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Supporting the smooth and efficient running of the pharmacy
Your personality, experience and qualifications:
- You will be accurate, organised, and passionate about providing excellent patient care.
- You'll ideally have an NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Dispensing.
- Previous experience in a community or retail pharmacy (preferred).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- A proactive and reliable approach to work.
- Good spoken and written English.
- The ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
