Are you passionate about creating exceptional experiences for guests? We’re seeking a dedicated FOH/General Hotel Assistant to join our team in Edinburgh! In this role, you will play a key part in providing top-notch service to our visitors. This is an ongoing temporary assignment starting as soon as possible until Christmas time. What you will get in your new role * A competitive hourly wage of £12.21 * An inclusive and welcoming work environment * A chance to be part of a supportive and dynamic team * Shift patterns are Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday 12pm-9pm * Drivers are preferred due to the location Responsibilities in your new role as FOH/General Hotel assistant As a FOH/General Hotel Assistant, you’ll be responsible for serving food and drinks, taking orders, and offering menu advice to ensure customer satisfaction. You will handle payments, uphold cleanliness standards, and adhere to hygiene, health and safety practices. By complying with alcohol licensing laws and following client instructions, you help create a memorable dining experience for every guest.
