Responsibilities in your new role as Food and Beverage Duty Manager:

As the Food and Beverage Duty Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the bar area and supervising your team to ensure an efficient and high-quality service. You will liaise with various departments to guarantee seamless operations. You'll assist with guest check-ins, and support the Restaurant Manager with the daily running of the department. Your leadership skills will shine as you coach and train staff while monitoring and managing stock levels effectively.

Your personality, experience and qualifications:

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates with previous 5-star experience, preferably in a rosette-standard environment. You should have a real passion for guest service and a keen eye for maintaining high standards. Your communication skills will be essential for success, and hotel experience is a must. Previous experience in a similar role in Food and Beverage is crucial to hit the ground running and thrive in this dynamic environment.
