Responsibilities in your new role as Fine Dining CDP:
As a Fine Dining CDP, you will play a crucial role in preparing delicious lunches and overseeing the dinner prep, ensuring high standards are maintained. You will assist the Head Chef in various kitchen operations, adhering to strict Health and Safety standards, and guarantee every dish leaving the kitchen meets our high expectations.
Your personality, experience, and qualifications:
We are looking for an experienced Chef de Partie with a background in up to 3 rosette establishments, preferably with Michelin experience. You should be enthusiastic about food, strong, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
