We have an excellent permanent opportunity for an experienced Client Manager to join our client within the Accountancy & Financial industry in Clackmannanshire. Responsibilities

  • As a Client Manager, you will be at the heart of our client's operations, acting as the main point of contact for a varied portfolio of clients.
  • In this hands-on role, you'll build strong relationships, provide expert business advice, and oversee all key financial submissions, including accounts, VAT returns, and bookkeeping.
  • You’ll ensure client records are accurate and up to date, while responding to queries efficiently and professionally.
  • Working closely with outsourcing partners, you'll coordinate the information they need to deliver a seamless service.
  • Alongside managing your own portfolio, you'll review the work of junior team members, support their development, and identify opportunities to add further value through additional services.
  • This is a collaborative role where you'll be encouraged to get involved across the wider team.
  • Experience with Xero is advantageous, although full training will be provided.

Qualifications
