We have an excellent permanent opportunity for an experienced Client Manager to join our client within the Accountancy & Financial industry in Clackmannanshire. Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for a varied portfolio of clients.
  • Build strong relationships, provide expert business advice, and oversee all key financial submissions, including accounts, VAT returns, and bookkeeping.
  • Ensure client records are accurate and up to date, while responding to queries efficiently and professionally.
  • Coordinate with outsourcing partners to deliver a seamless service.
  • Review the work of junior team members, support their development, and identify opportunities to add further value through additional services.
  • Get involved across the wider team.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a client-facing accounting or financial management role.
  • Hands-on experience and ability to deliver are more important than formal qualifications.
  • Strong communication skills to build trusted client relationships, provide clear advice, and lead with confidence.
  • Proactive and driven individual who takes ownership and thrives on responsibility.
