Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for a varied portfolio of clients.
- Build strong relationships, provide expert business advice, and oversee all key financial submissions, including accounts, VAT returns, and bookkeeping.
- Ensure client records are accurate and up to date, while responding to queries efficiently and professionally.
- Coordinate with outsourcing partners to deliver a seamless service.
- Review the work of junior team members, support their development, and identify opportunities to add further value through additional services.

Qualifications
