Responsibilities in your new role as Chef de Partie

As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for preparing, cooking, and plating dishes according to established recipes and standards. You will assist in developing new menu items, maintain a clean and organised workstation, and collaborate with our kitchen team to achieve excellence. Additionally, you will support the Head Chef across all sections within the hotel facilities to elevate guest experiences and ensure high standards of customer satisfaction during service periods.

Your personality, experience and qualifications

We\’re looking for a passionate individual who has proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role. A culinary degree or relevant certification is highly desirable, along with strong knowledge of cooking techniques and fine dining principles. You must thrive in high-pressure kitchen environments and possess excellent communication and teamwork skills to contribute effectively to our kitchen dynamics.
Due to location of venue (approximately 25-minute drive from Glasgow City Centre) and limited public transport, it would suit someone with regular access to their own transport.
