Responsibilities in your new role as Recruitment Consultant:
- As our new Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in Stafffinders' continued success, bringing your high energy, positive attitude, and phenomenal ambition to a well-established team.
- You'll thrive on building relationships, whether over the phone or in person, and be instrumental in our fast-paced, high-volume temporary and permanent recruitment efforts.
- Developing new business through proactive client outreach and relationship building, establishing Stafffinders as a trusted partner.
- Managing the entire recruitment process, from initial vacancy qualification through to successful placement.
- Building and nurturing a strong pipeline of candidates, maintaining regular and effective communication.
- Ensuring full candidate compliance and meticulously maintaining accurate CRM records.
To excel in this role, you will be a driven, confident, and commercially focused individual with a proven ability to develop new opportunities and deliver outstanding results. Demonstrable experience in recruitment (this is essential), whether in temporary or permanent markets. Exceptional relationship-building skills, allowing you to connect authentically with clients and candidates. An excellent command of the English language is required for effective communication. This role is fully office based and does not offer hybrid working, fostering a truly collaborative team environment.
