Responsibilities in your new role as Recruitment Consultant
As our new Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in Stafffinders' continued success, bringing your high energy, positive attitude, and phenomenal ambition to a well-established team. You’ll thrive on building relationships, whether over the phone or in person, and be instrumental in our fast-paced, high-volume temporary and permanent recruitment efforts. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing new business through proactive client outreach and relationship building, establishing Stafffinders as a trusted partner.
- Managing and growing relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and exceeding expectations.
- Crafting compelling job adverts and sourcing top-tier candidates through multiple channels.
- Efficiently screening, interviewing, and matching candidates to suitable opportunities, ensuring the perfect fit.
- Managing the entire recruitment process, from initial vacancy qualification through to successful placement.
- Building and nurturing a strong pipeline of candidates, maintaining regular and effective communication.
- Ensuring full candidate compliance and meticulously maintaining accurate CRM records.
- Working towards and consistently exceeding individual sales and placement targets, contributing directly to our shared success.

Essential:
- Demonstrable experience in recruitment (this is essential), whether in temporary or permanent markets.
- Confidence in making outbound calls and a natural flair for generating new business.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills, allowing you to connect authentically with clients and candidates.
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal, alongside strong organisational abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- An excellent command of the English language is required for effective communication.
- A proactive, motivated attitude and the resilience to thrive under pressure.
