Responsibilities in your new role as Assistant Housing Officer

As an Assistant Housing Officer, you\’ll play a crucial role in various aspects of estate management and housing administration. Your key duties will include handling allocations and maintaining the housing list, addressing rent queries along with housing benefit and universal credit inquiries. You\’ll assist in managing the Housing Register, which includes transfer applications, nominations agreements, and referral agreements. Additionally, you\’ll provide essential assistance to applicants, helping them complete forms and ensuring all procedures are followed accurately to verify their circumstances.
