Responsibilities in your new role as Private Event Staff:
- Expertly serve food and beverages in a professional and friendly manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and provide knowledgeable menu recommendations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Process payments efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the event.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
- Comply with alcohol licensing laws and responsible service practices.
- Follow client instructions to ensure the smooth running of the event.
Your personality, experience and qualifications:
We are seeking individuals with a positive, proactive attitude who will be confident working in a private home setting on 15th August. Ideally, you will bring:
- Previous experience in a similar front-of-house or hospitality role.
- Experience working at private events or high-end functions is highly desirable.
- Confident serving food and beverages while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluent English.
- Ability to maintain a clean, organised, and professional environment.
- Professional, reliable, and well-presented with a guest-focused approach.
- Proven commitment to delivering high standards of service.
