Responsibilities in your new role as Operations Manager:

  • As an integral part of the leadership team, you will assist the General Manager in the seamless day-to-day running of the hotel.
  • Working closely with department heads to ensure smooth operations
  • Leading, supporting and guiding team members across the hotel
  • Assisting with training and onboarding new staff
  • Maintaining high standard of service and presentation
  • Ensuring guests receive an exceptional experience from check-in to check-out

Your personality, experience and qualifications:

  • You will have previous experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel and while direct experience in a similar Operations Manager role is highly advantageous, we value passionate leaders with clear evidence of strong leadership within the hospitality sector.
