We're looking for a Business Manager to lead and grow our specialist division in Paisley. You'll be commercially astute, ambitious, and have a proven track record of success within agency recruitment, with the drive to take an established division to the next level. Your responsibilities as an Accountancy and Finance Business Manager
As the face of the team, you'll take ownership of continuing to develop and strengthen relationships with key accountancy clients across both domestic and international markets. Supported by a dedicated back-office team, advanced automation technology and marketing, you'll be well equipped to drive growth. Alongside managing high-profile client relationships, you'll lead and mentor a successful recruitment team while partnering with some of the industry's most recognised brands and senior professionals.
